When to know it’s time to quit your job
Have you been thinking about calling it quits at your job?
There's a lot of content out there saying "this might be your sign to resign" BUT that could be dangerous if you are not prepared.
Ask yourself the following questions to see if the signs are actually right for you.

Once you've made the decision to quit
- Decide if you'll entertain a counter-offer
- Request for recommendations
- Always let your manager/direct supervisor know first before telling your colleagues
- Craft a well written resignation letter to give your notice (this is usually kept on your file even after you leave so it's important to keep it professional)
- Don't burn your bridges even if you think you wouldn't want to work with the same people again (the working world is small and you'd never know what the future holds)
